How to Make Balsamic Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing
Contrary to popular belief, making your own salad dressing is not hard at all. Most of the time, aside from chopping the occasional herb, all you need to do is mix a few ingredients together in a jar; that’s all there is to it. This application is as easy as adding stuff to a blender and pushing the button. What you get is a tasty and healthy salad dressing.
This balsamic vinaigrette uses Dijon mustard as the emulsifier (the component that keeps the vinegar and oil in a suspension). It’s creamy and tart, yet has no trace of dairy. It’s the perfect healthy addition to any salad!
