Baked Steelhead
Ingredients:
2 4-6 oz Steelhead filets (or salmon)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1. Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with nonstick spray, and preheat the oven to 350.
2. Place the Steelhead filets skin side down on the foil.
3. Rub with olive oil, and season with the dill, salt, and pepper.
4. Slice half a lemon finely and place it over the filets, covering the entire filet.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done.
6. Remove the skin if you wish, and serve.
