Gyro Salad

So you made our Homemade Gyro recipe, and it was awesome. You’ve had gyros a few times to use up your leftovers. It’s pretty hard to get sick of gyros, but you’re just not feeling it tonight. What do you do?
Make gyro salad! Because you’re resourceful. And the flavors are amazing.
Gyro Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/3 lb Gyro Meat
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 pita
1/3 cup Tzatziki sauce
1. Cut the pita bread into cubes. In a small bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season with paprika and Greek seasoning, and toss. Bake on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper at 350 for about 15 minutes.
2. Cube the Gyro meat.
3. Chop the lettuce.
4. Add the lettuce to a bowl and top with the gyro meat, red onion, tomato, feta cheese, pita croutons, and tzatziki sauce.
5. Enjoy!
