Lazy Man’s Pizza

Sometimes, you’re having a long week, and all you want is an easy meal for dinner.  We have those kinds of weeks a lot at our house.  It’s also important to make an easy dinner and still add little creativity into your week.  This recipe is perfect for that!  Just grab a bunch of toppings from your fridge, or plan ahead a little and find what you want at the store on your weekly grocery run.  Whatever you add to this pizza, it will be tasty – and easy!

Lazy Man’s Pizza

Ingredients:

1 Can Pizza Dough

Toppings

We topped half of the pizza sausage and sauerkraut and topped the other half onions, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic.

1.  Preheat the oven to 425.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then spray with non-stick spray.

2. Spread the pizza dough evenly on the baking sheet.

3.  Blind bake the dough for 8 minutes.

4.  Remove from the oven and flip the dough.  Add your pizza toppings and put the pizza back in the oven.

5.  Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the pizza is done.  The cheese will be bubbly and melted.

6.  Cut into squares and enjoy!
