Philly Cheese Steak Jalapeno Poppers

Philly Cheese Steak Jalapeno Poppers

I like jalapeno poppers a lot.  There’s something about the spicy goodness combined with the cool cream cheese that is just really great.  My major problem with most jalapeno poppers is they batter and fry them.  While the crunch can be nice, I don’t feel like it brings any flavor to the party.  These little guys are big on flavors and skip the hassle of frying.  Also, they taste like Philly cheese steaks.  Seriously, you guys, little spicy Philly cheese steaks.  Make these for your next tailgate party and your friends will probably think you’re the mutt’s nuts.
