Smoked Paprika Roasted Almonds

It’s the Holiday season (Cue Andy Williams singing in your head), and that means it’s time for another awesome nut mix! This mix is smoky and sweet and salty. It’s the perfect snack to leave on your table for your party guests. This snack does double duty, because almonds and honey are also really nutritious. You can eat this one all year, in fact, you might want to.

Smoked Paprika Roasted Almonds
2 cups almonds
1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 egg white
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon large flake salt, like sea salt or kosher salt
1. Add the paprika, honey, olive oil, and egg white to a large mixing bowl, and mix until combined.
2. Add the almonds and stir until well coated with the mixture.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread the nuts out evenly.
4. Top with the salt.
5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or until the egg white is cooked.
