Summer Krab Salad

What are you doing this weekend?  I’m painting an entire house, so I’ll keep this intro super short, because I’m sure you’re all dying to try this quick, easy, and low calorie summer recipe!

Summer Krab Salad

Ingredients:

1 pound of imitation Krab
3 stalks of celery
1/2 diced onion
1/2 cup diced pickles (DO NOT USE RELISH – If you do, it will taste bad)
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

1. Dice the celery, onion, and pickles, and add to a medium or large mixing bowl.

2.  Break apart the imitation Krab into smaller pieces.  You can use a knife if you prefer.  Add the Krab to the bowl.

3.  Add the Mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mix.

4.  That’s all there is to it!  You can eat this salad plain, or make a sandwich!
