White Wine Chicken – Marinade
White Wine Chicken – Marinade
You will need:
3 tablespoons of Garlic Paste
1/2 cup white wine
1 teaspoon herb chicken seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
6oz chicken breast
Tenderize the chicken with a mallet, or our favorite tool, Norpro Professional Meat Tenderizer. It pokes holes in the chicken, and allows the marinade to fully set into the chicken. To make the garlic paste, rub chopped garlic between a cutting board and the flat side of a knife, until it becomes like a paste. Place the chicken in a large gallon bag, and add all ingredients. Seal the bag, and rub chicken until it is completely covered in marinade. Let the chicken sit in the refrigerator in a bowl over night. This allows the marinade to completely cover the chicken. Grill, bake, or broil the chicken.
