How to Make Brie Stuffed Chicken
When you hear the words “Brie Cheese,” things instantly become classy and fancy. Those are the rules. I don’t make rules, I just abide by them. Like the “Dude.”
So naturally, when you add brie, chicken becomes chicken! We’ve also added honey and paprika to the pool to make this one really pop off the taste bud “page.” They all play nice together in their rich “neighborhood” of tin foil and 350 degree heat.

Too hot out at the end of summer? Throw this one on the grill under some tin foil. Just fold up the edges nice and tight in case that cheese tries to run.
Brie Stuffed Chicken
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
4 oz sliced brie
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1. Slice the brie cheese, cutting off the rind if you prefer.
2. Cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, almost to the back, but careful not to cut through to the other side.
3. Place the chicken on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil. Stuff each chicken breast with 2 oz of the brie. (Divide the cheese equally.)
4. Top the chicken with garlic salt and paprika, and drizzle with honey.
5. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. If the cheese oozes out, just scrape it up and put it on top of the chicken.
